I am an experienced CBT and Humanistic therapist, dedicated to supporting clients on their journey toward personal growth and well-being. Registered with the BACP and NCPS, I offer compassionate and professional guidance tailored to individual needs. Having graduated from the University of Portsmouth in 2024 with a DipHE with distinction, I bring a solid foundation of knowledge and expertise to my practice. My goal is to provide a safe and supportive space where clients feel empowered to explore and overcome life’s challenges.
My professional interests encompass trauma recovery, anxiety, depression, self-esteem, and addressing the impacts of adverse childhood experiences. With a compassionate and client-centered approach, I work collaboratively with clients to explore their experiences and develop resilience.
Along side growing my counselling business, for the past two years, I have worked with a local charity specialising in domestic violence and sexual violence, providing vital support to individuals navigating these challenging experiences. This role has deepened my understanding of trauma and resilience, allowing me to offer compassionate and tailored care to those in need. It has been a profoundly rewarding experience, reinforcing my commitment to empowering individuals and fostering healing in a safe and supportive environment.
